The area and Envirnoment the Tribe lived in.......
The area of the Inuit people lived in was very cold it was so cold they have to live in iglooes.Also the area of the Inuits is the Arctic coast Of Alaska, the Eastern Islands of The Canadian Artic and the ice Coast of Greenland.Most of the times the Inuits had trouble in their area. It was hard for them to do alot of stuff but they got use to it. Over the area the Inuit people lived in is very dangerous for the Inuits because of Globel Warming. Most Inuits care about that but they are use to the cold and doing things like hunting.The Inuits spent most of there times hunting for food and blocks of ice for there shelter.The adaptation to climate is one of the most important reasons why they are still alive thats why they can live under low temperatures without affecting their health.
Customs and Traditions.....
The Inuit peoples tradition is to hunt for food and get blocks of ice so they could make there igloos. The man usally get the job. The womens job is to put together pieces for there clothes. they use caribou skin. The Inuit people really dont have a tradition the most thing they have to do is worry about they shelter, food, clotjing and making sure they are alive.Eskimos believe in many spirits. Some of the spirits were the spirits of wind, weather, the sun and the moon. The eskimos really dont go by any rules. One of there traditions is wait until the moon comes out a stare it like its a god or something.
The Treatment by the U.S government.....
The eskimos are noe seeking to secure a settlement with the United States through the congress of their land. The eskimos just want rites to do what everybody else could do. The eskimos bought land from the Russians so the eskimos really have nothing to complain about. The only thing is that the area that the eskimos live in is very dangerous because of globle warming so in the near future there might be some damage.
The eskimos live a hard life. They believe in many spirits but still are smart in many ways they, they might be not like other tribes who do not live in blocks of ice but they get use to ir each day.Hopefully in the near future it gets better fot them.

The Inuit people are known as the eskimos. They work hard to get there food. The Inuit are used to beinhg in the cold. Eskimos ate many diffrent kinds of food. Eskimos ate fish, seals, whales, and the other sea mamals. The Eskimos took the flesh off the animal and cooked, dried, or froze the meat. In the summer the Eskimos hunted caribou. The other animals hunted on land are polar bear, fox, and the Arctic bird. The eskimos are very important because some of the cant stand the cold as they use to. Its hard for them because they beleivie so many myths like the powerful spirtis controll nature. Also, they believe that animals and people have souls.
